MODEL 20-A
The Model 20A is the most versatile expander and can
process materials in a wide range of densities and particle
sizes at a rate of approximately 2,000 lbs. per hr. (900 kg/hr).
It is equipped with an ore pre-heater that is necessary
for most coarse ores.

MODEL 30
The Model 30 is designed primarily to expand finer grades
of perlite, such as those used in the board plant or
cryogenic industry. It will produce material in the 2.5 to 5.0 lbs. per cubic foot (40 to 80 kg per cubic meter) range at a rate of 4,000 lbs. per hr. (1,800 kg/hr); 5,000 lbs. per hr. (2,270 kg/hr)
with an optional 8" burner system.
